Q1Do you print the shirts yourselves?
No. We partner with trusted local Houston-area print shops. We handle your quote, questions, proof approval, payment and pickup or delivery, so you have one point of contact the whole way through.
Q2How much do custom shirts cost?
Price depends on the shirt style, quantity, number of ink colors and number of print locations. The estimate in the quote builder is a placeholder while our price sheet is finalized — your official quote comes by email after we review your request.
Q3What kinds of shirts can I order?
Lots! Crew neck, V-neck, women’s fit, pocket, raglan and performance tees; tank tops; long sleeves; polos and button-up work shirts; quarter-zips; crewneck sweatshirts; pullover and zip hoodies; plus youth and toddler sizes. Pick the closest style in the quote builder, or choose “Not sure” and we’ll recommend one. Exact brands and colors depend on what’s in stock.
Q4Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes. Choose “Customer-supplied garments” in the quote builder. Shirts must be new, blank, clean and in good condition, and please include a few extras in case of misprints. We’ll quote the print cost after we see your garments. Misprints or damage on customer-supplied garments aren’t covered by our reprint policy.
Q5Is there a minimum order?

Q6How long will it take?
It depends on quantity, garment availability and how quickly the proof is approved. Put your in-hand date in the request and we’ll tell you up front, in your quote, whether it’s doable. [Typical timeframe — TBD]
Q7What kind of artwork should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or high-resolution PNGs work best. If all you have is a low-res image or a sketch, send it anyway and check the “design help” box. Please only send logos and images you own or have permission to use.
Q8What is the AI Design Studio?
A quick way to explore ideas. It creates rough design concepts from your description or photo. They are starting points only — a real designer cleans up and finalizes your art, and you approve a proof before anything prints.
Q9Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. You’ll get a digital proof to approve. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Q10How does payment work?
Once you approve your quote and proof, a deposit gets your order scheduled. [Deposit % and when the balance is due — TBD]. Online card payment is coming soon.
Q11Can I mix sizes, youth and adult?
Yes — the size breakdown in the quote builder covers youth XS through adult 4XL.
Q12Do you deliver?
