- Order details: garments, colors, sizes, quantities, print locations, deadlines, delivery preferences and notes.
- Uploads: artwork, logos and reference images you send through the quote form or AI Design Studio, plus the text and descriptions you type into the studio.
- Agreement records: when you accept our terms we log the terms version, date and time, and your IP address, and keep that record with your request.
- Payment: handled by our payment processor [Stripe or Square — TBD]. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver the site and protect it. We use your IP address briefly to enforce AI Studio usage limits; those counters expire within about a day.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests, prepare proofs, take payment, produce and deliver your order, and contact you about it.
- Uploads are used only to fulfill your request and order. We share them, along with the order details needed to print, with our partner print shops, and only for that purpose.
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
- Partner print shops (to produce your order), our payment processor, our website, hosting and email providers, and the AI provider that runs the AI Design Studio (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate concepts.
- Professional advisers or authorities if the law requires it.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load. If we add analytics later, we’ll update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records and artwork for [X years — TBD] so you can reorder and for tax records, then delete them. Ask us any time to delete your uploads or information, and we will unless we have to keep it by law.
Your choices
