AI Design Studio Terms

The AI Design Studio helps you explore ideas fast. Here’s what it is and isn’t. These studio terms are part of your agreement with [TBD LLC NAME], d/b/a Rally Shirt Co., under our Terms of Service.

Concepts are starting points

• AI concepts are rough starting points, not finished, print-ready art. A real designer reviews and finalizes artwork before anything prints, and you approve a proof first.
• AI can make mistakes, including misspelled text, odd details, or more ink colors than estimated.

No guarantee of uniqueness or IP clearance

• AI-generated images are created by a third-party model. We can’t guarantee a concept is unique, that someone else won’t get something similar, or that it’s free of other people’s copyrights or trademarks.
• AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection.
• You are responsible for final approval of any design, including checking that it doesn’t look like someone else’s logo or trademark. If a concept resembles an existing mark, don’t use it, and tell us.

What you can upload and ask for

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Our Artwork & IP Policy applies to everything you upload or type.
• Don’t request or upload explicit, hateful, harassing or violent content, real brands or trademarks, pro or college team logos, copyrighted characters, or real people or celebrities. We automatically block many of these requests and may refuse any request.

Provided “as is”

The studio and its concepts are provided “as is,” without warranties, as described in Sections 10–12 of our Terms of Service, which also apply to the studio (including arbitration).

Estimates

Studio cost estimates use sample placeholder pricing and a guessed ink-color count. They are estimates, not quotes. See our Order Terms.

Limits and availability

To keep the studio free, we limit how many concepts each visitor can create per hour and per day. The studio may be unavailable at times. If it is, request a quote and our designers will mock up your idea.

Your data

Your text and any reference image are sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) only to generate your concepts. We don’t use them for anything else except your quote, if you choose to send a concept to it. See our Privacy Policy.
